PRIMARY-SOURCE ARCHITECTURAL LINEAGE

This fifth Constitutional Architecture specification follows Knowledge Integrity and governs compositional integrity: whether independently legitimate identities, Amplifiers, Capabilities, authorities, knowledge sources, memories, actions, environments, economic relationships, and external systems remain constitutionally coherent when they interact.

LOCAL INTEGRITY DOES NOT IMPLY ECOSYSTEM INTEGRITY

The source explicitly establishes that locally compliant components may still compose into a globally unsafe, incoherent, opaque, monopolistic, uncontrollable, or constitutionally invalid ecosystem. The source closes this gap at O2 — Specified Architecture and explicitly reserves O3 for the subsequent Cross-Architecture Integrity Validation stage.

1. Purpose

The ORVY Ecosystem Integrity Architecture (EIA-E) defines how ORVY preserves constitutional coherence when independently valid components interact as a larger ecosystem.

The preceding architectural specifications established integrity at critical boundaries:

  1. Authority Architecture — who or what may legitimately exercise authority, under what scope, and through what delegation.
  2. Safe Action Architecture — whether an intended action may safely proceed.
  3. Execution Integrity Architecture — whether an approved action was actually executed as approved.
  4. Knowledge Integrity Architecture — whether knowledge used, produced, remembered, transmitted, or inferred by ORVY remains trustworthy, attributable, bounded, and appropriately qualified.

These architectures solve essential problems individually.

But they do not automatically solve the larger problem.

A system composed entirely of locally compliant components can still produce an ecosystem that is globally unsafe, incoherent, opaque, monopolistic, uncontrollable, or constitutionally invalid.

Therefore:

Local integrity does not imply ecosystem integrity.

The Ecosystem Integrity Architecture exists to close that gap.

Its central question is:

How does ORVY remain constitutionally coherent when many identities, Amplifiers, Capabilities, authorities, knowledge sources, memories, actions, environments, economic relationships, and external systems interact simultaneously?

This specification defines the architecture by which those interactions remain bounded by the ORVY Architectural Constitution.

2. Architectural Position

The constitutional architecture stack now becomes:

ORVY Architectural Constitution
              │
              ▼

              │

              │
              ▼
 Ecosystem Integrity Architecture

The first four architectures establish increasingly sophisticated forms of local integrity.

The fifth establishes compositional integrity.

This distinction is essential.

Consider five individually legitimate operations:

Capability A obtains permitted context.
Capability B produces valid knowledge.
Capability C receives delegated authority.
Capability D executes an approved action.
Capability E stores an authorized memory.

Every operation may independently satisfy its governing architecture.

Yet their combination could still produce:

A → B → C → D → E

in a manner that reveals excessive context, expands authority, creates an unintended feedback loop, causes hidden dependency, produces systemic lock-in, or generates consequences no individual component was authorized to create.

Ecosystem Integrity therefore governs not merely:

Is each component valid?

but:

Is the composition itself valid?

3. The Ecosystem Integrity Principle

ORVY shall preserve constitutional properties through composition.

Formally:

Integrity(A) = true
Integrity(B) = true
Integrity(C) = true

does not establish:

Integrity(A ∘ B ∘ C) = true

Composition must itself be evaluated.

Therefore:

No authority, permission, trust, knowledge confidence, safety judgment, or constitutional legitimacy may be assumed to survive composition automatically.

Every meaningful composition creates a new architectural boundary.

At that boundary ORVY must determine:

  • what authority survives;
  • what permissions survive;
  • what context may propagate;
  • what knowledge may propagate;
  • what obligations propagate;
  • what provenance must remain attached;
  • what risk has accumulated;
  • what dependencies have emerged;
  • what failure modes have been introduced;
  • what constitutional properties must be revalidated.

4. What Constitutes the ORVY Ecosystem

The ORVY ecosystem is not merely the ORVY Core.

It consists of interacting constitutional participants and substrates including:

Humans
   │
Identities
   │
Amplifiers
   │
Capabilities
   │
ORVY Core Services
   │
ORVY Synapse
   │
Knowledge Systems
   │
Memory Systems
   │
Execution Environments
   │
Economic Systems
   │
External Networks
   │
Institutions
   │
Devices
   │
Other Ecosystems

These participants may differ radically in:

  • ownership;
  • implementation;
  • jurisdiction;
  • trust level;
  • governance;
  • economic incentives;
  • security posture;
  • persistence;
  • autonomy;
  • capability;
  • accountability.

Ecosystem Integrity cannot therefore depend upon universal trust.

It must function across heterogeneous trust domains.

5. The Integrity Envelope

Every meaningful ORVY operation exists within an Integrity Envelope.

The envelope contains the conditions under which the operation remains constitutionally valid.

Conceptually:

Integrity Envelope
│
├── Authority Boundary
├── Identity Boundary
├── Intent Boundary
├── Permission Boundary
├── Context Boundary
├── Knowledge Boundary
├── Capability Boundary
├── Execution Boundary
├── Consequence Boundary
├── Economic Boundary
├── Temporal Boundary
└── Governance Boundary

An operation remains valid only while it remains inside its envelope.

If interaction causes the operation to cross one of these boundaries, ORVY must not assume that previous validation remains sufficient.

The boundary crossing may require:

revalidation
reauthorization
attenuation
additional assurance
context reduction
knowledge qualification
execution isolation
human confirmation
or termination

The Integrity Envelope therefore provides the fundamental containment abstraction for ecosystem composition.

6. Ecosystem Integrity Invariants

The following invariants shall apply throughout ORVY.

6.1 Human Authority Remains Upstream

No chain of:

  • Amplifiers;
  • Capabilities;
  • delegations;
  • economic incentives;
  • governance mechanisms;
  • reputation systems;
  • knowledge systems;
  • automated decisions

may collectively manufacture authority that was not legitimately granted.

Human Authority
      ↓
Delegated Authority
      ↓
Attenuated Authority
      ↓
Action

The permitted direction is downward.

Authority must not silently flow upward from system behavior.

6.2 Composition Must Not Amplify Authority

If two components possess different authorities:

A = Authority α
B = Authority β

their composition must not automatically obtain:

α + β

unless such combination was itself legitimately authorized.

The default compositional rule is therefore:

Authority attenuates through composition; it does not accumulate by convenience.

7. No Emergent Permission

Permissions held independently by multiple ecosystem participants must not combine into a larger permission unless explicitly authorized.

For example:

Amplifier A:
may read calendar

Amplifier B:
may initiate payment

does not imply:

A + B:
may autonomously infer financial obligations
from calendar events and pay them.

The combined behavior constitutes a new capability.

That capability requires its own authorization and safety evaluation.

This closes a major class of compositional privilege escalation.

8. No Emergent Trust

Trust is contextual.

A participant trusted for one function must not inherit trust for another merely because it participates in the same ORVY environment.

Therefore:

Trust(A, domain X)
≠
Trust(A, domain Y)

and:

Trust(A) + Trust(B)
≠
Trust(A ∘ B)

Trust must remain:

  • contextual;
  • attributable;
  • inspectable;
  • revocable;
  • evidence-based where appropriate.

ORVY shall resist ecosystem designs that collapse identity, reputation, relationship, permission, and authority into a single generalized trust score.

9. Context Integrity Across Composition

Context is one of the most dangerous ecosystem-wide resources because individually harmless fragments may become sensitive when aggregated.

Therefore:

Context A
+
Context B
+
Context C
=
Potentially New Sensitive Context D

This is the Context Composition Problem.

ORVY must therefore evaluate not only individual disclosures but the informational consequence of their combination.

Context minimization must operate at every hop.

User Context
      ↓
Required Context
      ↓
Minimum Necessary Context
      ↓
Capability-Specific Context

A downstream participant should receive only what is necessary for its legitimate function.

10. Knowledge Propagation Integrity

Knowledge moving across the ecosystem must preserve its epistemic properties.

Where applicable, propagated knowledge must retain:

  • provenance;
  • confidence;
  • source identity;
  • temporal relevance;
  • transformation history;
  • uncertainty;
  • applicable scope;
  • restrictions;
  • contradiction state.

An Amplifier must not convert:

Possibility

into:

Fact

merely because the information passed through several trusted components.

Likewise:

Inference → Memory → Retrieval

must not silently become:

Inference → Established Truth

The Knowledge Integrity Architecture governs the knowledge object.

The Ecosystem Integrity Architecture governs what happens when that object moves through many participants and transformations.

11. Provenance Continuity

Provenance must survive ecosystem traversal.

Consider:

Source
   ↓
Amplifier A
   ↓
Synapse
   ↓
Amplifier B
   ↓
Capability C
   ↓
Execution D
   ↓
Outcome

ORVY should be capable, where consequence warrants, of reconstructing:

What information influenced the action?
Where did it originate?
How was it transformed?
Which intelligence interpreted it?
Which authority permitted its use?
Which capability acted upon it?
What actually happened?

This creates an Integrity Chain:

Intent
→ Authority
→ Knowledge
→ Decision
→ Permission
→ Capability
→ Execution
→ Outcome
→ Evidence

Breaking this chain weakens ecosystem accountability.

12. Dependency Integrity

Every ecosystem participant creates dependencies.

Dependencies may be:

  • technical;
  • informational;
  • economic;
  • institutional;
  • jurisdictional;
  • operational;
  • cryptographic;
  • infrastructural.

ORVY must distinguish between:

Dependency

and:

Architectural Surrender

Using an external system is permissible.

Becoming constitutionally dependent upon an external system in a way that destroys user sovereignty, portability, substitutability, or exit may not be.

Therefore dependencies should be classified by:

Necessity
Replaceability
Failure Impact
Authority Exposure
Data Exposure
Exit Cost
Concentration Risk

13. Replaceability as an Integrity Property

Replaceability is not merely an economic convenience.

It is an architectural defense.

Where practical, ORVY components should remain replaceable:

Amplifier A
      ↓
Interface Contract
      ↓
Amplifier B

or:

Capability Provider X
        ↕
Capability Interface
        ↕
Capability Provider Y

This prevents ecosystem integrity from becoming dependent upon permanent loyalty to a single implementation or provider.

Replaceability protects:

  • user exit;
  • competition;
  • resilience;
  • constitutional independence;
  • ecosystem evolution.

14. Ecosystem Failure Containment

Failure must not propagate without bound.

A failure in:

one Amplifier
one Capability
one knowledge source
one execution provider
one economic service
one external network

must not automatically become:

an ORVY-wide failure.

ORVY therefore requires failure domains.

Conceptually:

Component Failure
       ↓
Containment Boundary
       ↓
Degraded Operation
       ↓
Recovery / Substitution

rather than:

Component Failure
       ↓
Cascading Failure
       ↓
Systemic Collapse

Containment may involve:

  • isolation;
  • circuit breaking;
  • authority suspension;
  • capability withdrawal;
  • dependency substitution;
  • rollback;
  • degraded operation;
  • human intervention.

15. Integrity Circuit Breakers

ORVY must possess mechanisms capable of interrupting ecosystem behavior when constitutional assumptions become invalid.

A circuit breaker may activate when:

  • authority becomes ambiguous;
  • provenance is lost;
  • execution diverges from approval;
  • risk exceeds the approved envelope;
  • a dependency becomes compromised;
  • abnormal capability behavior emerges;
  • context propagation exceeds permission;
  • recursive automation becomes unstable;
  • systemic failure begins propagating.

The preferred response is:

Detect
→ Contain
→ Preserve Evidence
→ Suspend
→ Reassess
→ Recover

rather than silently continuing.

16. Recursive and Feedback Integrity

An intelligent ecosystem naturally creates feedback loops.

Example:

Observe
  ↓
Infer
  ↓
Act
  ↓
Observe Outcome
  ↓
Learn
  ↓
Act Again

Feedback is essential to intelligence.

Unbounded feedback is dangerous.

Therefore recursive loops must have bounded:

  • authority;
  • duration;
  • expenditure;
  • consequence;
  • resource consumption;
  • propagation;
  • iteration;
  • learning scope.

No Amplifier or capability chain should obtain indefinite autonomy merely because each individual iteration appears valid.

17. Autonomous Chain Integrity

ORVY may permit bounded autonomous sequences.

For example:

Intent
  ↓
Plan
  ↓
Capability Discovery
  ↓
Composition
  ↓
Execution
  ↓
Verification

But authorization for the initial objective does not imply unlimited authorization for every possible strategy used to achieve it.

Therefore autonomous chains must remain within:

Intent Envelope
+
Authority Envelope
+
Risk Envelope
+
Resource Envelope
+
Temporal Envelope

If the chain exceeds any envelope, it must escalate, attenuate, reauthorize, or stop.

18. Synapse Integrity

ORVY Synapse creates enormous compositional power because it allows authorized intelligence components to collaborate.

That power requires architectural restraint.

Synapse must not become:

  • a universal context bus;
  • an unrestricted intelligence backchannel;
  • an authority laundering mechanism;
  • a hidden permission bridge;
  • a permanent memory aggregation layer.

Instead, Synapse interactions should be:

Purpose-Bound
Authority-Bound
Context-Minimized
Traceable
Revocable
Time-Bounded where appropriate

Synapse therefore coordinates intelligence without dissolving constitutional boundaries between participants.

19. Amplifier Collaboration Integrity

When Amplifiers collaborate, the collaboration itself becomes an architectural object.

Suppose:

Amplifier A
      ↕
Amplifier B
      ↕
Amplifier C

Each may be individually trustworthy.

The collaboration may nevertheless create new capabilities.

ORVY must therefore identify:

Emergent Capability.

An emergent capability exists whenever collaboration enables an outcome that none of the participating components could independently produce.

Emergent capabilities must be treated as capabilities in their own right for purposes of:

  • authority;
  • permission;
  • risk;
  • accountability;
  • observability.

20. Capability Composition Integrity

Capabilities may be composed into workflows.

Capability A
      ↓
Capability B
      ↓
Capability C

Each capability must expose sufficient information for ORVY to reason about:

  • required permissions;
  • expected effects;
  • input requirements;
  • output guarantees;
  • side effects;
  • reversibility;
  • economic cost;
  • risk class;
  • execution environment.

Composition must not hide side effects.

A composite capability must expose the meaningful consequences of the whole composition, not merely the interfaces of its parts.

21. Economic Integrity

Economic incentives can undermine otherwise sound architectures.

A participant may technically comply with ORVY while economically manipulating:

  • capability discovery;
  • recommendations;
  • routing;
  • reputation;
  • attention;
  • pricing;
  • interoperability;
  • substitution.

Therefore ecosystem integrity requires separation between:

Best Capability for User Intent

and:

Most Profitable Capability for Platform

where those interests diverge.

Economic relationships that influence intelligent decisions should be sufficiently observable to prevent covert distortion of user intent.

22. Anti-Gatekeeper Integrity

No participant should become indispensable merely because ORVY's architecture accidentally concentrates control.

Potential gatekeepers include:

  • identity providers;
  • model providers;
  • capability marketplaces;
  • payment infrastructure;
  • knowledge providers;
  • execution environments;
  • governance institutions;
  • ORVY itself.

The Constitution therefore requires ORVY to continuously distinguish:

Coordination

from:

Control

ORVY may coordinate extraordinary complexity without claiming ownership over every participant in that complexity.

23. Interoperability Integrity

Interoperability expands ORVY's usefulness but also enlarges its trust boundary.

External systems may not obey ORVY constitutional principles.

Therefore interoperability requires explicit boundary handling.

ORVY Trust Domain
       │
       ▼
Boundary Adapter
       │
       ▼
External Trust Domain

The adapter must determine what constitutional guarantees can actually survive the crossing.

ORVY must never imply that an external system possesses guarantees it does not provide.

24. Constitutional Downgrade Detection

When an operation leaves a stronger integrity domain and enters a weaker one, ORVY should recognize a constitutional downgrade.

Examples include loss of:

  • provenance;
  • revocability;
  • privacy guarantees;
  • auditability;
  • user control;
  • execution evidence;
  • portability.

The system should not silently treat:

ORVY-native guarantee

as equivalent to:

external best effort.

The downgrade itself is architecturally meaningful.

25. Governance Integrity

Governance mechanisms must themselves remain subject to the Constitution.

Governance must not become an architectural loophole through which constitutional guarantees can be casually overridden.

Governance authority should therefore be:

Scoped
Explicit
Inspectable
Accountable
Procedurally constrained
Revisable

The existence of governance does not imply unlimited governing authority.

26. Federated Governance

A global ecosystem cannot reasonably be governed as one homogeneous domain.

ORVY therefore favors federated and contextual governance.

Different domains may establish specialized rules:

Health
Finance
Education
Commerce
Government
Work
Personal Computing

while remaining bounded by higher constitutional principles.

This produces:

ORVY Constitution
        ↓
Domain Governance
        ↓
Local Policy
        ↓
Operational Rules

Lower layers may specialize higher rules.

They may not silently negate them.

27. Integrity Across Time

Ecosystem integrity is temporal.

An action valid yesterday may not remain valid tomorrow because:

  • authority expired;
  • consent changed;
  • capability ownership changed;
  • knowledge became stale;
  • risk conditions changed;
  • governance changed;
  • dependencies became compromised.

Therefore integrity must not be treated as a permanent certification.

It is a continuously evaluated condition.

Valid(t₁)
≠ automatically
Valid(t₂)

28. Ecosystem Observability

An integrity-preserving ecosystem must be observable enough to understand consequential behavior.

Observability should enable ORVY to answer, where appropriate:

Who participated?
What authority was exercised?
What knowledge was used?
What capabilities were composed?
What dependencies were involved?
What actions occurred?
What consequences resulted?
What failed?
What changed?

Observability does not mean universal surveillance.

The constitutional requirement is:

Maximum necessary accountability with minimum necessary exposure.

29. Ecosystem Evidence Graph

The preceding architectures generate evidence.

Ecosystem Integrity connects that evidence.

The result is an Ecosystem Evidence Graph.

Human Intent
     │
     ▼
Authority Evidence
     │
     ▼
Knowledge Evidence
     │
     ▼
Decision Evidence
     │
     ▼
Safety Evidence
     │
     ▼
Execution Evidence
     │
     ▼
Outcome Evidence

This graph enables ORVY to reconstruct consequential chains without requiring every participant to possess every piece of information.

Evidence may therefore remain distributed while still being logically connected.

30. Accountability Without Omniscience

ORVY must not solve accountability by creating a universal surveillance repository.

Instead:

Distributed Evidence
+
Cryptographic / Logical Linkage
+
Authorized Reconstruction
=
Accountability

where appropriate.

This preserves the tension between:

Privacy
        ↕
Accountability

without treating either as absolute.

31. Ecosystem Recovery

Integrity architecture must define not only prevention but recovery.

When ecosystem integrity is violated, ORVY should be capable of:

Detect
↓
Contain
↓
Preserve Evidence
↓
Determine Scope
↓
Revoke / Suspend
↓
Repair
↓
Restore
↓
Learn

Recovery must avoid automatically converting incidents into permanent authority expansion.

Emergency power must remain bounded.

32. The Constitutional Kill Boundary

Some ecosystem states must be considered unacceptable regardless of operational convenience.

ORVY should therefore recognize a final architectural boundary:

The Constitutional Kill Boundary.

If continuation would require ORVY to knowingly violate a foundational constitutional invariant, the system must prefer:

Stop
Degrade
Disconnect
or Return Control

over unconstitutional continuation.

This is not a literal global shutdown mechanism.

It is an architectural doctrine:

Availability is subordinate to constitutional integrity.

33. Exit Integrity

A user who cannot meaningfully leave is not fully sovereign.

Therefore ecosystem integrity includes the preservation of meaningful exit.

Where applicable, users should be able to:

  • revoke authority;
  • disconnect Amplifiers;
  • replace capabilities;
  • remove integrations;
  • terminate delegations;
  • export portable information;
  • withdraw from relationships;
  • cease participation.

Exit must not be made artificially impossible through architectural dependence.

34. Progressive Decentralization

ORVY need not decentralize every component immediately.

Premature decentralization may reduce security, usability, or architectural clarity.

But ORVY must avoid designs that make future decentralization structurally impossible.

Therefore the architecture should preserve decentralization optionality.

The principle is:

Centralize where presently necessary
without permanently encoding
centralized sovereignty.

This distinguishes pragmatic implementation from constitutional dependency.

35. Ecosystem Integrity Evaluation

Every major ORVY subsystem or ecosystem composition should eventually be evaluated against an Ecosystem Integrity Test.

The evaluation asks:

Authority

Can this composition create or amplify authority?

Permission

Can individually permitted operations combine into an unpermitted outcome?

Context

Can context aggregation reveal information beyond legitimate purpose?

Knowledge

Can provenance, uncertainty, or qualification disappear?

Capability

Does composition create an emergent capability?

Execution

Can execution cross an unverified boundary?

Dependency

Does the design create an irreplaceable dependency?

Failure

Can local failure propagate systemically?

Governance

Can governance bypass constitutional constraints?

Economics

Can incentives distort user intent?

Interoperability

Are guarantees weakened across external boundaries?

Exit

Can the human meaningfully revoke, replace, disconnect, or leave?

A material failure in any dimension requires architectural review.

36. Relationship to the Unified ORVY Operating Loop

The architectural synthesis previously established the operating loop:

Intent
→ Understand
→ Plan
→ Discover
→ Authorize
→ Compose
→ Execute
→ Verify
→ Learn

Ecosystem Integrity surrounds the entire loop.

┌──────────────────────────────────────────────┐

│ Execute                                      │
│   ↓                                          │
│ Verify                                       │

│                                              │
└──────────────────────────────────────────────┘

It ensures that integrity is not checked at only one point.

Integrity must persist through the entire lifecycle.

37. Relationship to the ORVY Architectural Chain

The broader architectural synthesis established:

Human Authority
      ↓
Identity
      ↓
Intent
      ↓
Intelligence
      ↓
Capability
      ↓
Permission
      ↓
Composition
      ↓
Action
      ↓
Outcome
      ↓
Learning

The Ecosystem Integrity Architecture transforms this from a conceptual sequence into an integrity-preserving chain.

No downstream stage may silently rewrite the legitimacy established upstream.

And no downstream outcome may retroactively manufacture upstream authority.

38. Integrity as a Conserved Constitutional Property

We can now state one of the strongest principles produced by the ORVY architectural series:

Constitutional integrity must behave as a conserved property across ORVY interactions.

Every transformation must either:

Preserve Integrity

or:

Explicitly Revalidate Integrity

or:

Stop.

Integrity must never disappear silently between components.

This principle connects Authority, Safe Action, Execution, Knowledge, and Ecosystem Integrity into one architecture.

39. Closure of Gap 9

Gap 9 concerned the absence of sufficient architecture governing multi-component composition and emergent ecosystem behavior.

This specification closes the gap through:

  • Integrity Envelopes;
  • compositional revalidation;
  • emergent capability detection;
  • authority non-amplification;
  • permission non-composition;
  • context composition controls;
  • recursive autonomy boundaries;
  • Synapse integrity;
  • capability composition integrity.

40. Closure of Gap 12

Gap 12 concerned the danger that interoperability, dependencies, external systems, or ecosystem expansion could weaken ORVY's constitutional guarantees.

This specification closes the gap through:

  • dependency integrity;
  • replaceability;
  • interoperability boundaries;
  • constitutional downgrade detection;
  • anti-gatekeeper discipline;
  • exit integrity;
  • decentralization optionality.

41. Closure of Gap 15

Gap 15 concerned ecosystem-level failure, governance, accountability, and systemic integrity that cannot be solved solely at component level.

This specification closes the gap through:

  • failure domains;
  • integrity circuit breakers;
  • governance integrity;
  • federated governance;
  • ecosystem observability;
  • Ecosystem Evidence Graph;
  • distributed accountability;
  • recovery architecture;

42. Constitutional Closure of the Fifteen-Gap Program

The original architectural synthesis identified 15 significant architectural gaps.

The Constitutional Architecture Mapping grouped their closure into five architectural phases:

Phase I
Authority Architecture
Gaps 1 · 14 · 13

Phase II
Safe Action Architecture
Gaps 2 · 10 · 7

Phase III
Execution Integrity Architecture
Gaps 3 · 8 · 6

Phase IV
Knowledge Integrity Architecture
Gaps 4 · 5 · 11

Phase V
Ecosystem Integrity Architecture
Gaps 9 · 12 · 15

With this specification, every gap identified by the original synthesis now has a governing architectural response.

This is an important milestone.

It does not mean ORVY architecture is finished.

It means something more precise:

The first constitutional architecture closure cycle is complete.

The 15 gaps are no longer unowned architectural problems.

Each now belongs to a defined architecture.

43. The Completed Constitutional Architecture Stack

ORVY now possesses a coherent constitutional architecture hierarchy:

             HUMAN SOVEREIGNTY

             ORVY ECOSYSTEM

The relationship is intentionally hierarchical.

Implementation architectures inherit constraints from the layers above them.

Technology must conform to architecture.

Architecture must conform to the Constitution.

The Constitution must remain subordinate to ORVY's foundational human-first philosophy.

44. Architectural Consequence

The completion of this architecture changes the maturity of the ORVY project.

Before the Constitutional Architecture program, ORVY possessed a powerful conceptual ecosystem but still depended upon implicit assumptions about:

  • authority;
  • safety;
  • execution;
  • knowledge;
  • composition;
  • systemic behavior.

Those assumptions are now becoming explicit architectural structures.

ORVY is therefore moving from:

Conceptual Ecosystem

toward:

Constitutionally Governed Computing Architecture

That distinction is substantial.

The ORVY Core can eventually be engineered not merely as software infrastructure, but as an enforcement environment for these architectural properties.

45. Architectural Status

The ORVY Ecosystem Integrity Architecture is hereby established at:

O2 — Specified Architecture

The governing principles, integrity boundaries, major abstractions, dependencies, invariants, failure doctrines, and constitutional responsibilities are now defined sufficiently to close the architectural gap at specification level.

It should not yet be classified O3.

O3 should require the next validation stage:

Cross-Architecture Integrity Validation

in which the five constitutional architectures are tested against one another to detect contradictions, circular dependencies, missing interfaces, overlapping responsibilities, unenforceable invariants, and unowned failure states.

Only after that validation should the Ecosystem Integrity Architecture—and potentially the complete constitutional architecture stack—advance toward O3 — Defined Architecture.

46. Final Doctrine

The Ecosystem Integrity Architecture can ultimately be reduced to one governing principle:

ORVY must remain constitutionally valid not only in its components, but in what emerges when those components interact.

Authority must survive composition without expansion.

Knowledge must survive transmission without distortion.

Context must survive collaboration without uncontrolled exposure.

Capabilities must compose without manufacturing permission.

Actions must execute without escaping their approved boundaries.

Dependencies must integrate without becoming masters.

Governance must coordinate without becoming sovereign.

Intelligence must grow without acquiring authority merely because it has become powerful.

And throughout the entire system:

The human must remain structurally upstream of the intelligence acting on their behalf.

That is ecosystem integrity.

And with it, the first ORVY Constitutional Architecture closure cycle reaches completion.
